Coursera Women and Skills Report 2021

DIGITAL PUBLICATION, DESIGN

I played an integral part in designing and launching Coursera's first-ever Women and Skills Report, which examines the pandemic's impact on skills and learning trends among women globally. The team identified hopeful trends, and the research indicates that the gender gap in online learning narrowed during the pandemic, even as the gender employment gap widened. I was really honored to be a part of creating something so impactful for our customers.

I wanted the report to feel hopeful and focus on representing data in a simple yet impactful way. The response to the report has been inspiring with numerous articles written from sources around the world, including CNBC, Bloomberg (radio), and many more.
